As we continue to expand and enhance our services, we’re looking for a dedicated Lettings Administrator to join our dynamic team based at our head office in Altrincham. This role is pivotal in transforming our leasing processes and ensuring a smooth tenant journey across our extensive network of properties.

Shift Pattern

Monday to Friday / 8am to 5pm or 9am to 6pm. Following a successful probation period, you'll have the flexibility to enjoy some work-from-home days.

Summary Of Position

The Lettings Administrator will play a crucial role in managing and overseeing the leasing pipeline, ensuring seamless tenancy transitions and maintaining compliance with our rigorous standards. Your contributions will directly impact our efficiency and the satisfaction of our clients and tenants.

What You Will Do

  • Serve as the main point of communication between site teams, applicants, and referencing companies.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date tenant records and legal documents.
  • Assist in the drafting and updating of lease agreements.
  • Manage compliance checks and audit related documentation.
  • Support credit control and rent collection efforts.
