The Receptionist role, based in our central Tunbridge Wells office, will provide a professional and welcoming front-of-house service, acting as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and colleagues.

The role is key to creating a positive first impression of the business while supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of the office through effective administration and coordination.

This role is a Maternity Cover role for a 12 month period Working closely with office management and support teams, you will ensure reception and front-of-house activities are managed efficiently and professionally.

Manage all office deliveries, post, and courier services, ensuring timely receipt and dispatch.

Adhere to security procedures for Reception areas Maintaining a tidy reception area Generate purchase orders to support overhead expenditure and Customer Care functions Overall responsibility for office administration tasks and provide other appropriate ad hoc duties when required, to meet the needs of other departments The job holder may be requested to undertake other appropriate, ad-hoc duties by the Office Manager or other staff/managers/directors within their knowledge, experience and ability.

Experience in a Receptionist or Front-of-House role, ideally within a corporate or professional services environment.

Confident using Microsoft Office and general office systems.

A positive and flexible approach to work.
