This role is on an 18 Month Fixed Term Contract basis and can either be based at our site in Petersfield or Chichester.

Working Pattern: This role requires working 5 days in seven with a 2 day break on a rota, so you must be flexible as these days can change.

About the role: Reporting to the Senior Sales Manager, the successful New Home Sales Consultant will be an expert at selling customers their dream home. At Dandara, we know those first impressions last, so having a passion for customer service is crucial for this role.

What you will do:

  • Meet prospective purchasers
  • Demonstrate the features and benefits of properties for sale
  • Assist with optional extras as and when required
  • Negotiate deals
