We're now looking for a Marketing Manager to join our Southern Counties team on a 9-month Fixed Term Contract to provide maternity cover. Based from our regional head office in Totton, Southampton, you'll play a key role in driving marketing performance across our developments, helping to generate leads, support sales success, and strengthen the Dandara brand across the region.

  • Manage relationships with creative, PR, and media agencies, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard.
  • Lead the planning and delivery of development launches, community engagement initiatives, and marketing events.
  • Support and develop Marketing Executives, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team culture.

What you'll bring:

  • Proven experience in a Marketing Manager or senior marketing position within housebuilding, property, real estate, or a similar sector.
  • A strong track record of delivering successful marketing strategies and measurable lead generation campaigns.
  • Excellent understanding of digital marketing, campaign management, analytics, and marketing performance reporting.

  • Discretionary bonus.
  • 33 days' holiday (inclusive of bank holidays).
  • Private Medical Insurance.
  • Employee Assistance Programme (EAP).
  • Health Hero digital GP and Health Assured Wisdom App.
  • Competitive parental leave.
