Based at Granary Quay, this role is ideal for someone passionate about customer service and building meaningful relationships in a vibrant residential community. You will be part of the Resident Services Team, supporting the Resident Services Manager and General Manager in managing day-to-day operations across our award-winning Build to Rent development.
From welcoming new residents to ensuring the highest standards of service and presentation, this role places you at the heart of a thriving community where no two days are the same.
- 37.5 hours per week working 5 days across Monday to Sunday on a rota (rota to be discussed at interview)
- Supporting the Resident Services Manager in the running of the Resident Services Team
- Provide first-class customer service to residents and visitors
- Handle enquiries and support with viewings, move-ins, and check-outs
- Maintain accurate records for inventories, inspections, and meter readings
- Log and follow up on maintenance issues and contractor access
- Manage keys, parking, and security to ensure the building runs smoothly
- Support resident events and community engagement initiatives
- Collaborate with marketing to prepare videos and photography when required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and booking systems
- ARLA, TPI, or COSHH qualifications (desirable – training can be provided)
