We have an exciting opportunity for a keen and passionate individual to join our growing business system team, primarily as a COINS support analyst. This role can be fully home based with occasional visits to one of our network of offices. What you will do Provide COINS support, advice and guidance for internal users, resolving issues within agreed SLAs Provide training as required for internal users ensuring best practice use of COINS ERP Document business processes and develop internal guidance notes and knowledge base Perform business analysis to understand and document technical requirements and design solutions Log support issues and liaise with 3rd party application vendors support to ensure resolution of software incidents Test and implementation of new modules and features Test upgrades and patches including regression testing Ensuring that the COINS system is fully compliant with all aspects of legislation Working alongside and advising the Dandara internal/external IT support teams Any other duties as may be required by the demands of the role.
