The Role
We’re looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to lead and deliver the regional marketing strategy for our Housebuilding division based from our highly successful Eastern office in Braintree. You’ll take ownership of all marketing activity across our developments, from strategy and budgeting to campaign execution, ensuring every initiative supports sales performance, strengthens our brand, and reflects Dandara’s commitment to quality.
What you’ll do:
- Developing and executing regional marketing strategies in line with business plans and sales objectives.
- Managing budgets, phasing spend, and ensuring maximum return on investment.
- Overseeing all marketing campaigns, from print and digital to PR and events, with consistency of message and visual identity.
- Managing brochure production, briefing in site plans, floor plans, CGIs and content.
- Briefing and coordinating new sales and marketing suites and show homes.
- Planning and building customer emails and SMS communications.
- Generating engaging social media content for new developments and campaigns.
- Partnering with our SEO agency to improve visibility and organic performance.
- Working with Space & Time to analyse digital performance and lead generation.
- Liaising with Sales, Construction, Technical, and Group Marketing to ensure joined-up activity and brand consistency.
- Leading community and press events that showcase our developments and strengthen local engagement.
- Support & assist the achievement of the objectives of the Social Value Framework along with any identified Social and Local Value Measures.
- Support the roll out of ESG related campaigns to a variety of audiences.
What you will have:
- Proven experience in a senior or regional marketing role within housebuilding, property, or real estate.
- A strong understanding of multi-channel marketing, including digital, brand, and campaign management.
- Excellent organisational and project management skills, capable of juggling multiple deadlines.
- A creative yet commercially minded approach, with strong attention to detail.
- Confidence working with senior stakeholders and external agencies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms.
- A full UK driving licence.
