The Engineering Assistant will support the Engineering team in delivering Dandara's residential developments by assisting with engineering approvals, Health & Safety documentation, and the progression of site adoptions. This role provides exposure to all stages of the engineering process and is ideal for someone looking to develop a career in civil engineering within a leading housebuilder.

  • Support the progression and adoption of sites, liaising with local authorities, water companies, and consultants
  • Support road space booking applications and coordination with highway authorities
  • Maintain trackers and records for approvals, adoptions, and engineering information
  • Assist with the coordination, review, and issue of engineering drawings and technical information
  • Support site teams with engineering-related queries

Good IT skills, particularly Microsoft Office

Experienced with AutoCAD

Interest in civil engineering, construction, or residential development

HNC/HND, degree (or working towards) in Civil Engineering or related discipline
