It’s why we’re recognised as one of the UK’s leading private housebuilders. We don’t just build homes — we create communities. Every development is carefully designed to enhance its surroundings and offer something genuinely special to the people who live there.
The Role
We’re looking for a Social Media & Content Creator to bring our brand to life online. This is a hands-on, creative role where you’ll take the lead on shaping our social presence — from day-to-day content through to larger campaign ideas. Working closely with the wider marketing team, you’ll ensure everything we put out reflects the quality, design, and personality behind our homes. This role will involve regular travel between our Milton Keynes and Southampton offices, with visits to the region on a weekly or bi-weekly basis to capture content and support on-site activity.

- Creating, scheduling and publishing engaging content that resonates with both existing and future homeowners
- Keeping up to date with social trends, audience behaviour and competitor activity to keep content fresh and relevant
- Managing and responding to comments and messages across platforms in a timely and engaging way
- Working with influencers, brand ambassadors and partners to grow reach and visibility
- Supporting the promotion of key developments, launches and events
- Tracking performance and sharing insights to help shape future campaigns
- Supporting the wider marketing team with digital activity where needed
What We’re Looking For
- A genuine passion for social media and content creation
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a natural flair for engaging content
- Experience using design tools such as Canva or Photoshop
- Video editing skills suitable for high-quality social content
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently
- A proactive, creative mindset with confidence using analytics to guide decisions
- Experience in a similar social media, content or digital marketing role
- An interest in interiors or the housebuilding industry would be a bonus
- Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
Why Join Us?
Since 1988, Dandara has been designing and building award-winning homes and commercial properties across the UK, Jersey and Isle of Man. With over 12,000 properties delivered and more than 100 industry awards, we’re proud of our reputation for quality, value, and service.

- Annual discretionary bonus
- 25 days’ holiday plus bank holidays + the option to buy more
- Private medical insurance
- Life assurance (3x salary, with option to increase to 4x)
- Employee assistance programme
- Flexible benefits, including retailer and gym discounts
