About the Role
Based at Forbes Place in Aberdeen, this part-time role is ideal for someone passionate about customer service and building meaningful relationships in a vibrant residential community. You’ll be part of the Resident Services Team, supporting the Senior Resident Services Associate in managing day-to-day operations across our award-winning Build to Rent development. From welcoming new residents to ensuring the highest standards of service and presentation, this role places you at the heart of a thriving community where no two days are the same.
Working Pattern: 24 hours per week working Monday to Friday with occasional requirement to work weekends (rota to be discussed at interview) with possibility to cover other local sites.
What You Will Do
- Provide first-class customer service to residents and visitors
- Handle enquiries and support with viewings, move-ins, and check-outs
- Maintain accurate records for inventories, inspections, and meter readings
- Log and follow up on maintenance issues and contractor access
- Manage keys, parking, and security to ensure the building runs smoothly
- Support resident events and community engagement initiatives
- Keep communal areas and available apartments presented to the highest standards
- Collaborate with marketing to prepare videos and photography when required
- Uphold health, safety, and security standards at all times
What You Will Have
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and booking systems
- Strong understanding of on-site health and safety requirements
- Excellent organisation, attention to detail, and communication skills
- A proactive, positive, and professional approach
- ARLA, TPI, or COSHH qualifications (desirable – training can be provided)
