About The Role

As a Property Manager, you’ll be the dedicated point of contact for residents from the moment they move in. You’ll oversee the full tenancy lifecycle—managing check-ins and check-outs, handling maintenance issues, ensuring compliance, and fostering a strong community atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for all tenant enquiries via phone and email.
  • Manage the full check-in, check-out, and deposit return process.
  • Resolve and support any out-of-hours incidents as needed.
  • Ensure all properties comply with relevant legislation and safety regulations.
  • Log maintenance and repair issues, and coordinate with contractors for resolution.
  • Conduct home demonstrations, vacant property inspections, and annual landlord checks.
  • Lead regular community engagement and resident activities.
  • Handle monthly rent collection, credit control, and arrears management.
  • Maintain accurate records and issue legal notices when required.
  • Support the Lettings Team during peak periods and tenant onboarding events.

About You

We’re seeking someone with a customer-first mindset, a proactive approach, and a passion for property. Ideally, you’ll bring:

  • Proven experience in a client-facing property management role (BTR, PBSA, or similar).
  • An ARLA qualification is desirable.
  • Strong communication skills—both written and verbal.
  • A driven, self-starter attitude with a can-do approach.
  • Excellent organisation and multitasking skills.
  • The ability to work independently and make informed decisions.
  • A collaborative spirit and a team-oriented approach.
  • A problem-solving mindset with a keen eye for detail.
