Marketing & Communications Executive

The Dandara Group was founded in 1988 on the Isle of Man and is now one of the UK’s leading property development companies. With operations in England, Scotland, Jersey and the Isle of Man, and a portfolio that includes housebuilding, commercial and build to rent markets, we are looking for an experienced Marketing & Communications Executive to join our busy Group head office marketing team.

Key Skills and Experience

With a minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience in a similar role, or from an agency background, highly efficient, organised, reliable and works well under pressure. A team player who can work on own initiative and manage own workloads, with a strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail. Experience in working closely with Graphic Designers is essential and strong copywriting skills are desirable. Proficient in the use of the key Microsoft Office packages and have excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Role and Responsibilities

• Briefing, scheduling and managing tasks through our in-house design studio, for a variety of clients across all Group business areas
• Assist with the implementation of advertising & marketing plans for regional business units
• Assist with implementing social and digital marketing campaigns
• Provide copywriting for advertisements, marketing collateral, online blogs and social channels
• Assist with the production of promotional materials, marketing collateral and sales brochures
• Arrange for effective distribution of marketing materials both internally and externally
• Assist in the preparation of press releases
• Liaise with key suppliers to obtain pricing information and quotations
• Liaise with external and internal stakeholders to ensure design, advertising, print and PR deadlines are met
• Provide administrative support to the Marketing Manager

About You

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in similar role
• Experience in working closely with Graphic Designers essential
• Can work on own initiative and manage own workloads
• Thorough working knowledge with the Microsoft suite
• Excellent communication skills
