About the Role
Join us at Granary Quay , our newest and most exciting development, set in the heart of a thriving waterfront community. This stunning destination boasts nearly 350 modern apartments, first-class amenities, and unbeatable transport links, redefining contemporary city living.
With an impressive HomeViews rating and a reputation for outstanding quality and resident satisfaction, Granary Quay offers the perfect setting for you to make a meaningful impact. As part of our innovative team, you’ll play a key role in shaping the resident experience at one of our most dynamic locations.
Your Work Pattern
5 days over 7 / must have availability to cover some weekends and all weekday patterns between 07:30 am to 7:30 pm if required (rota to be discussed)
What You’ll Be Doing
- Deliver an outstanding resident experience, fostering a strong sense of community
- Oversee all site operations, ensuring high standards in maintenance, safety, and security
- Develop and implement a Resident Engagement Strategy, leading on events and initiatives
- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations and building security measures
- Manage contractor services for maintenance, cleaning, and facilities upkeep
- Oversee tenancy processes, including applications, Right to Rent checks, and move-ins/outs
- Work closely with the leasing team to ensure apartments are marketed and let efficiently
- Manage budgets, optimize operational costs, and seek opportunities for additional income
- Lead and develop an on-site team, ensuring top-tier customer service and efficiency
What You’ll Bring
- Experience in residential property management or a similar leadership role
- Strong customer service skills, with the ability to engage and communicate effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and booking systems
- Knowledge of Health & Safety regulations, including COSHH and risk assessments
- A proactive, problem-solving approach, able to work under pressure and drive improvements
- Experience managing teams and working collaboratively with external stakeholders
- Qualifications such as ARLA, IRPM, or COSHH (desirable, but training provided!)
