Dandara Living is seeking a Finance Manager to lead management accounts, budgets, forecasts and cost control across Strategic Land and Housebuilding divisions in the UK. You will work with the Finance Director, land buyers and planning teams to deliver robust financial analysis and ensure strong governance and commercial insight.
You will drive WIP monitoring, revenue recognition, and balance sheet reconciliation, provide ad hoc analysis to senior management, and help optimise financial performance.
