The Developing Artist Programme is tailored for graduates of advanced dance training who are ready to extend their learning into a professional environment. As an extension of Balletto Monson’s company practice, the programme focuses on Contemporary Ballet with a strong creative emphasis. It supports progression into the main company and other professional pathways while encouraging each dancer to articulate their voice within a shared choreographic language.

Programme Highlight: In addition to performances created specifically for Developing Artists, participants are invited to perform in Balletto Monson’s full-length company productions, gaining experience on a professional stage alongside company dancers.

Shortlisted Candidates will be invited to attend an audition, followed by an interview. Online audition by request for international dancers. Next Audition Dates - July 2025.
