The Senior Analyst Technical Support is responsible for the onsite implementation of large automation projects. This position reports to the WITS Manager and is part of the European WITS Team located in United Kingdom working remotely to cover European Region.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
- Be responsible for planning and installation of Complex Automation Systems across Europe.
- Provide technical support by diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing and debugging complex electro/mechanical equipment, computer systems, complex software, or networked and/or wireless systems.
- Report design, reliability and maintenance problems or bugs to design engineering/software engineering.
- Handle the highest level of problem escalation.
- May be responsible for developing and conducting technical training for product lines.
The essential requirements of the job include:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in hardware engineering, with a focus on automation systems with proficiency in hardware design and CAD software.
- Proven experience in the diagnostics industry or a related field.
- Strong technical skills in hardware design, development, and integration with excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
