The Senior Web Analyst is responsible for providing a deep understanding of web analytics, marketing performance, and business strategy. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving insights, optimizing digital campaigns, and informing strategic decisions through data analysis. This position reports to the Senior Web Analyst and is part of the Digital ecommerce located in Waltham US and will be on-site or remote.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
- Data Analysis and Insights: Analyze web traffic, digital campaign performance, and user behavior using tools like Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and other platforms to provide actionable insights.
- Marketing Performance Optimization: Collaborate with marketing teams to optimize ROI by assessing campaign performance and identifying growth opportunities across channels like SEO, SEM, email, and social media. Lead A/B testing initiatives to evaluate marketing strategies.
- Dashboard Development: Design and maintain dashboards and reporting tools to track KPIs, campaign metrics, and website performance for stakeholders.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with marketing, product, and development teams to align analytics strategies with broader business goals and ensure data integrity across all platforms.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Effectively communicate SEO strategy, performance insights, and project progress to senior stakeholders, ensuring alignment with broader business goals and gaining buy-in for key initiatives.
The essential requirements of the job include:
- 5+ years of experience in Web/Marketing analytics with a proven track record of driving growth in traffic and ROI, preferably in a fast-growing large catalogue.
- Analytical Expertise: Strong proficiency in web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics (GA4), Adobe Analytics) and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Marketing Knowledge: In-depth understanding of digital marketing channels, including PPC, SEO, social media, email campaigns, and conversion rate optimization.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with tag management systems (e.g., Google Tag Manager), SQL, and Python or R for advanced data analysis is highly preferred.
- Problem-solving and Communication: Exceptional ability to interpret complex data, present insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders, and recommend data-driven solutions.

This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future. This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay. We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance and 401(k) to eligible employees.
