The
Senior Research Associate reports to a Senior Scientist and is part of the Protein development platform department and located in Cambridge (UK) and is a lab-based role (on site).

In this role, you will have the opportunity to
- Perform Sanger sequencing
- Perform Protein Expression & Purification of Proteins (including antibodies) and assist in developing these systems
- Perform Biophysical QC of proteins (including antibodies)
· The essential requirements of the job include
- BSc and/or MSc with relevant experience in a Life Sciences subject
- 2 plus years of hands-on experience in Sanger sequencing, Protein Expression, Protein Purification or Biophysical QC.
- Excellent attention to detail with good organizational skills
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in
- Molecular Biology, Protein design or DNA preparation.
- Performing to high quality standards within the lab; ensuring the lab is compliant with all external and internal quality standards, and compliance with all health and safety guidelines.
