This position reports to the Senior Director, Filtration Customer Success Portfolio, and is part of the Filtration Customer Success team located in Marlborough, Massachusetts. • Set portfolio strategy and lifecycle priorities: Develop the roadmap, size and compare opportunities, and recommend where to invest, test, scale, maintain, partner, defer, or retire offerings so resources are focused on the highest-value customer and business needs.
  • Translate customer needs and technical capabilities into differentiated offers: Define value propositions, service packages, positioning, launch plans, and commercial tools that support Validation Services adoption and value creation across the broader Filtration portfolio.
  • Own business cases and portfolio economics: Develop forecasts and recommendations for pricing, packaging, discounts, and free-of-charge service decisions while evaluating customer value, revenue, margin, cost-to-serve, capacity, quality, and resource trade-offs.
  • Drive cross-functional execution and continuous improvement: Work with commercial, operations, project management, quality, R&D, finance, Filtration product management, and customer-facing technical teams to establish milestones, owners, risks, dependencies, and performance measures that protect claims, timelines, customer commitments, and sustained improvement through DBS/Lean methods.

Who you are:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, life sciences, engineering, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in product management, product marketing, or adjacent commercial roles, including at least 7 years with direct product-management accountability for strategy, lifecycle management, commercialization, and business performance.
  • Experience leading product-line or portfolio strategy and lifecycle management for complex technical products or services, including opportunity assessment, roadmap development, commercialization, optimization, and retirement.
  • Experience developing business cases, forecasts, value propositions, and pricing or packaging recommendations using revenue, margin, cost-to-serve, capacity, or resource trade-off analysis.
  • Experience leading global cross-functional initiatives with commercial, technical, operational, finance, and quality stakeholders in a matrixed organization.

Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:

  • Ability to travel up to 30%, including international travel.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • Life sciences, bioprocessing, filtration, validation, regulated services, or another technically complex and quality-sensitive environment.
  • Building and scaling a global service or combined product-and-service offering through development, commercialization, and lifecycle management.
  • Applying the Danaher Business System, Lean, or comparable continuous-improvement methods, including direct observation of work, structured problem solving, standard work, and visual project management.
