The Scientist is responsible for performing antibody conjugation to various labels and subsequent purification using established protocols, in alignment with budget constraints and customer demand. This position reports to the Principal Scientist and is part of the Conjugation Development Platform Team within Research and Development, located in Cambridge, UK and will be an on-site role.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Perform antibody conjugations using advanced and emerging technologies and assess product quality pre- and post-conjugation using analytical techniques such as HPLC, FPLC (AKTA), and spectroscopy.
  • Contribute to and lead the development of novel conjugation technologies and evaluation of antibody labelling reagents, supporting cross‑functional collaboration and ensuring effective communication across Danaher.
