The Senior QARA Customer Operations Manager will collaborate internally and globally with external stakeholders to manage a world-class Quality Assurance program, meeting key customer expectations and driving growth. Reporting to the APAC QA leader for Cytiva, and following global standards, this role will also support the Korea commercial team and Global Strategic Account Manager. This position reports to the Quality Director – Equipment Services and Global Strategic Accounts and is part of the Global Quality Assurance and Regulatory Affairs team. The role can be based at any Cytiva location in the UK or Europe.

What you’ll do:

  • Leading QA activities related to strategic customer requests, including partnering with Commercial leaders as the main contact for Strategic Customers, resolving Quality and Regulatory issues, and facilitating interactions with local and global teams.
  • Setting and monitoring customer Quality KPIs, and reporting on performance and trends during business reviews.
  • Driving efficiencies and improvements through DBS to provide excellent customer support.
  • Engaging deeply with customers to understand trends, build relationships, and address queries and complaints.
  • Managing daily interactions with stakeholders and customers to ensure accountability and governance, working closely with commercial teams.
  • Developing action plans with internal stakeholders and customers to improve satisfaction and experience.
  • Handling urgent cases and escalations, communicating effectively with stakeholders.
  • Establishing and managing Quality Agreements and supporting regulatory document requests to ensure customer satisfaction.

Who you are:

  • Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of experience in Quality or Regulatory Assurance within Biopharma or Life Sciences.
  • Experience in Customer Relationship Management is essential. Project/Program Management skills are a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand customer inquiries and provide effective solutions.
  • Knowledge of Quality Systems, including ISO 9001, ISO 10993, FDA 21 CFR Part 820, ISO 13485, MDR, MD-SAP, and other relevant standards and regulations.
  • Experience with Quality Management System tools, root cause analysis, CAPA, change control, verification and validation, and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral. Proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Compliance with Cytiva’s Quality Manual, policies, and applicable laws. Completion of all required Quality & Compliance training.
