Filter Integrity Testers portfolio develops service strategy and execute activities to enhance service product placement within the competitive arena.
Develops business plans and product positioning in the marketplace.
Oversees voice of customers, market research, monitors competitive activity and identifies customer needs.
Establishes pricing strategies.
Works with engineering, manufacturing and sales to develop new products or enhance existing product(s) or product line(s).
What you will do
- Segment markets, identify unmet needs and emerging opportunities, and benchmark competitors to inform strategy.
- Reassess service models and define new service product requirements aligned with evolving market dynamics.
- Partner with engineering and hardware teams to deliver service roadmaps on time, on budget, and to quality/regulatory standards.
- Drive launch excellence and go‑to‑market readiness
- Define and track Key Performance Indicators, ensure customer satisfaction, and manage product care and end‑of‑service activities across the lifecycle
Who you are
- Domain expertise gained through a bachelor’s degree.
- Experience in Product Management, Product Marketing or Sales.
- Prior experience in Life Sciences or Equipment Services.
- Experience driving commercial and technical projects with diverse and cross-functional teams, in a global environment.
- Open to travel up to 30%/40% of the time.
