We are seeking a Planning Manager. Cytiva is one of 10 Life Sciences companies of Danaher. Together, we accelerate the discovery, development and delivery of solutions that safeguard and improve human health.
What you’ll do:
- Develop and execute comprehensive supply plans, including production, procurement and distribution, to align with demand forecasts.
- Set and maintain finished goods stocking parameters in the global distribution centres to maintain a customer on time delivery of >95%.
- Lead monthly Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) meetings to highlight critical business issues and bottlenecks.
- Ensure the Planning team have the skills and standard work processes to enable them to meet the business KPI’s.
- Monitor and manage inventory level to optimize stock holding, reduce obsolescence, and prevent stockouts.
- Collaborate with production teams to develop and maintain schedules that align with supply plans and optimize manufacturing efficiency.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement within the Supply Chain and contribute to the implementation of new tools and methodologies.
Who you are:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration or related field.
- 10 years+ of work experience in a Planning and/or Supply Chain environment within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- 5 years+ people leadership experience.
- Experienced in change management of mid-sized teams and implementation of standard planning tools/systems.
- Advanced excel capability essential.
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
- Production and Material Planning (Oracle).
- Implementation of standardized planning tools, Heijunka.
