The Instruments and Contracts Coordinator is responsible for the full ownership and maintenance of our contracts database. Contract management activities include renewals, instrument and consumable order processing for the UK, Ireland, Nordics and Netherlands. This position reports to the MSC Governance and Finance Manager and you will be part of the Managed Service Contract (MSC) Team based onsite in Little Chalfont.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
- Undertake all aspects of Contract Management, Instrument & Consumable order handling using Oracle systems as part of a Managed Service team supporting customers within the NHS.
- Provide excellent customer experience (both internal and external), being knowledgeable about your job, having pride in yourself and your abilities, and giving the customer your best to create loyalty and stand out among the rest.
- Build relationships within the organization across many teams (UK and EU), working actively to ensure contract performance is compliant and investigating all opportunities to control and drive down costs, whilst pursuing continual improvements in process and performance.
The essential requirements of the job include:
- Outstanding planning and organizational skills with evidence of creation and execution of successful performance.
- Strong communication, with the ability to effectively engage with internal or external customers, peers and management working within a complex environment.
- Proven ability to work successfully both autonomously and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel; experience with an ERP system, such as SAP or Oracle.
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
- Customer services or contract management.
- Knowledge of Dutch language.
