The Global Product Manager Microbiology is responsible for the global strategy, lifecycle, and commercial performance of Cytiva’s Microbiology portfolio within Lab Filtration portfolio. They will lead a regulated, specification‑driven consumables business serving water, environmental, food track growth, share, and portfolio health. Lead Voice of Customer and Voice of Sales activities; serve as the internal authority on microbiology workflows and application requirements.
Who you are:
- Experienced Product Leader
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences with 5+ years in product management, ideally in laboratory consumables or regulated applied markets
- Extensive knowledge of the Microbiology workflows and customer decision drivers
- Regulated/Market Fluent
- Deep understanding of specification‑driven selling, compliance requirements, and customer personas
- Cross‑Functional Influencer
- Proven ability to lead through influence across R
