What you’ll do:
- Project Manage Facilities and Infrastructure Improvements to Cytiva standard
- Manage all Utilities and Building Maintenance Works including sub-contractor management
- Lead and develop a project management team and associated contractors
- Creation of Business Cases/Strategic approaches and Budget Control for all infrastructure projects
- Forecasting of Growth areas and adapting the facility to meet the ever-changing needs of the business
Who you are:
- Minimum of HND in an engineering discipline or equivalent qualification level
- NEBOSH national general or equivalent safety qualification
- Energetic and Enthusiastic Target driven person with a proven track record in infrastructure project management
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
- Manufacturing environments with ISO 14644 Cleanrooms and associated compliance procedures
- Delivering Large infrastructure projects with a strong delivery record around project management
