The Director, Transfer Pricing Processes is responsible for supporting Cytiva tax team on compliance with International transfer pricing rules & practices. This position reports to the Senior Director, Tax and is part of the Cytiva tax team located in Amersham Place, UK and will be an on-site role.
What you will do:
- Global compliance and reporting: Ensure timely and accurate transfer pricing compliance, profitability reviews, support to DHR Transfer Pricing documentation service provider.
- Gain and maintain a deep understanding of each business model and end-to-end value chain via detailed analysis of the functional and risk profiles of relevant business units.
- Ensure that appropriate legal agreements and transfer pricing reports are available to support the selection and application of the methodologies.
- Build and maintain relationships internally, within business and finance organization, as well as externally, with outside advisors.
- Continuous improvement approach to process improvements and automation, lead/support innovation/automation projects.
- Manage a transfer pricing team based in Bangalore, India.
Who you are:
- You have a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or other relevant discipline.
- You have at least 7 years of accounting, controllership or finance experience in a Biotechnology group.
- You have knowledge of Microsoft Office products and applications at an advanced level, and good level of experience with SAP/Oracle ERP systems and OneStream.
- You will demonstrate ability to extract, analyze, and review data and make appropriate recommendations.
- You possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with different stakeholders.
