The People Partner - Resins, Filtration and Media (RFM) - UK and Ireland will be a strategic Human Resources partner in the United Kingdom and Ireland and is responsible for delivering the local associate experience – shaping and delivering strategies for engagement, culture, talent and the employer brand. The role anticipates and mitigates people risk, ensures compliant governance, and influences leaders to deliver an inclusive and positive associate culture while enabling people leaders to lead with confidence and clarity.

The RFM Businesses deliver an integrated portfolio of bioprocessing solutions that combine resin, fiber and membrane-based purification technologies with a comprehensive range of filtration consumables and cell culture products. The role works closely with Global HR Business Partners, our Centers of Excellence, other People Partners within UK and HR Shared Services to deliver scalable, compliant execution while maintaining ownership of the people agenda. They model modern HR ways of working, using self-service and case management tools as the primary entry point for HR support.

This position reports to the HR Director for the United Kingdom and Ireland, is part of the UK and Ireland Human Resources Team located in Ilfracombe and will be an on-site role with regular travel to the other RFM sites as required. Relocation assistance is available. This role will have responsibility for the following manufacturing sites within the UK in addition to the non-manufacturing associates within RFM businesses: Ilfracombe, Portsmouth, Walton Road, Stevenage.
