The Development Engineer will support product development from concept through commercial release, including sustaining engineering and line extensions for bioprocessing equipment.
No prior professional experience is required. Candidates with internships, co-op, research, senior capstone projects, or other hands-on engineering experience are preferred. You learn quickly, ask thoughtful questions, and are eager to grow your skills in product development, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration. You are organized, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities. You take ownership, follow through, and move work to completion.

This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future. This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
