The IT Analyst is a business-critical frontline role that safeguards site uptime, operational continuity, and end-user productivity by delivering hands-on IT support across office, warehouse, manufacturing, and lab environments. The position owns L1/L2 incident resolution, request fulfilment, and on-site support execution while partnering with senior analysts and global IT teams to reduce disruption and sustain reliable technology performance. This role is essential to keeping site-critical functions running reliably, ensuring technology issues are resolved with speed, discipline, and clear accountability. This position reports to the Sr Manager, Digital Workplace Support UK, part of the Infrastructure and Operations team, and it will be on-site in Newquay.
What you will do:
- Deliver on-site L1/L2 IT support for end users, devices, and local services, restoring productivity quickly and minimizing operational downtime.
- Diagnose and resolve endpoint, collaboration, and basic connectivity issues to maintain stable day-to-day operations across site-critical environments.
- Support device lifecycle management (build, deploy, maintain, replace) to ensure users have reliable, ready-to-use technology.
- Execute site changes and deployments in line with defined processes, standards, and risk controls.
- Maintain accurate asset records, documentation, and high-quality ticketing in ITSM tools to support control, visibility, and continuous improvement.
