What You Will Do:
- Analyse advertising performance across paid media channels (social, programmatic, publishers, and others), translating metrics into insights that support optimization.
- Partner with media planners to define clear KPIs, track results, and provide insights that inform tactical decisions and channel mix.
- Collaborate with external media agencies to gather data, ensure accurate tracking, and deliver timely reporting.
- Identify trends in audience behavior and channel effectiveness to improve channel mix and investment efficiency.
- Create recurring performance reports and dashboards using GA4, Power BI, and other data sources.
Who You Are:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, data analytics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in advertising or digital marketing, with a focus on analytics and performance optimization.
- Analytical thinker with strong attention to detail and ability to synthesize data into clear insights.
- Comfortable using marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, Power BI, or similar).
- Familiar with advertising metrics such as reach, engagement, and conversions.
Travel Requirements:
Ability to travel up to 10% for agency or team meetings.
