Overview
Beckman Coulter Life Sciences, part of Danaher Life Sciences, is seeking a Sales Specialist for Cell Health and Centrifugation. You will drive sales targets through active engagement with researchers, scientists and procurement professionals, and partner cross-functionally to deliver solutions that accelerate life sciences, diagnostics and biotechnology.
The role reports to the UK Sales Manager for Centrifugation and Cell Health and is part of the UK CHC Sales team based in Cambridge and the South East. It is a remote role covering the territory.
Responsibilities
- Develop sales for cell health and centrifugation products in the assigned territory; maintain relationships with existing customers and develop new business opportunities; negotiate pricing strategies to align with customer and revenue targets.
- Achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets and provide accurate forecasting and funnel management of future business; update opportunities in the CRM as they progress.
- Develop and present customer solutions with multiple decision makers; collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver the best solution.
- Provide demonstrations and instrument training to end users.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in biology, biochemistry, or a related life sciences field.
- A minimum of 2 years of sales experience.
Travel and Environment
- Ability to travel – potentially overnight – within the territory or to EU office locations.
- Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
