Overview
Customer Success Manager – AI-Image Analysis at Leica Microsystems, a Danaher Life Sciences company. Remote role based in the United Kingdom, part of the commercial team in EMEA. Reports to the Market Development Manager.
This is a strategic role launching Leica’s expansion into the spatial biology space. You will work with cross-functional teams and have the opportunity to shape customer success in a high-growth area.
Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for customers on Leica Microsystems’ AI image analysis software and drive a positive customer experience.
- Collaborate with Market Development, Application, Product Expert and Marketing teams to build and grow a strong user community.
- Manage renewals and drive expansion within existing accounts.
- Directly contribute to achieving quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Utilize value-based selling techniques to identify and address customer needs.
Qualifications
- BA/BS or MS degree in biology, chemistry, or a related scientific field.
- Proven experience in a customer-facing role such as Customer Success, Customer Support, or Account Management in a SaaS/software sales environment.
- Experience using microscopy and/or image analysis software.
- Hands-on experience with advanced microscopy systems (e.g., confocal, multi-photon, spinning disk and/or light sheet).
- Fluent in English and at least one other European language.
Travel & Requirements
- Ability to travel approximately 10% (overnight) within the territory
- Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
