The Senior HRBP UK & Global (commercial) program management is part of the EMEA HR Team and responsible for HR partnership to the (UK) country leaders and their local teams. This position will execute the HR strategy in support of the overall business objectives with emphasis on talent management, leadership coaching, organizational design, employee relations, change management and employee engagement, creating a world-class associate experience.
This position will also provide global commercial HR program management support (e.g., global commercial organizational design, global commercial talent/development projects etc.) to the VP HR Global Commercial and the Global Commercial HR Leadership Team, facilitates Leadership team meetings and other global (HR) meetings. When business need requires, there should be flexibility to provide HRBP support to other countries or functions due to business needs (while UK remaining the core country to support).
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
- Build and maintain strong relationships to partner with leaders in UK to understand needs, challenges, and goals to translate into effective HR strategies and solutions.
- Execute talent strategies that grow associate development, leadership, and organizational capabilities.
- Partner closely with Talent Acquisition, Compensation, and internal partners to ensure the organization has the appropriate talent to deliver on both short- and long-term business objectives.
- Provide strategic advice and guidance on a wide range of HR matters, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compensation & benefits, inclusion and organizational development.
The essential requirements of the job include:
- Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs), analyse talent related data to identify trends and opportunities for continuous improvement, and provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support business decision-making.
- Communicate talent expectations effectively with all levels of leadership while collaborating with key talent across the support functions to coach and support development opportunities.
- Provide HR program management support and lead key HR commercial projects (e.g. global commercial organizational design, global commercial talent/development projects etc.).
Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in HR Business Partner roles with progressive responsibility. 3+ years of experience in program management with multiple countries.
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
- Strong understanding of HR best practices, legal compliance, and talent management principles.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, including remote teams.
- Able to influence and coach leadership at multiple levels within an organization.
- Limited supervision and direction are provided, as this individual can operate and drive results and set priorities independently.
- Excellent planning and organization skills, attention to detail, ability to handle multiple tasks, and work in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment.
- Proficient in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
This position is located in London area or Amsterdam area (with daily office presence required). 20% travel may be required. Able to work flexible schedules to accommodate global/regional work teams.
