The Labour and Employee Relations Advisor is responsible fordelivering a high quality and solutions focused employee relations service across the UK and Ireland. This position reports to the Labour and Employee Relations Specialist and is part of the HR team located in Amersham, Buckinghamshire; What you will do:Manage high volume employee relations casework including disciplinary, grievance, performance management, absence management and capability issues.Provide coaching and advice to managers to ensure fair, consistent, and legally compliant decision‐making.Maintain accurate, timely case records within the HR system and ensure compliance with internal service level agreements and the ACAS Code of Practice.Who you are:CIPD Level 5 qualified, or educated to degree level in Business, Law, or a related discipline, or able to demonstrate equivalent experienceExtensive experience operating in an HR advisory capacityStrong working knowledge of UK employment law and the ACAS Code of PracticeDemonstrable experience of managing complex employee relations cases through to resolution with the ability to influence, challenge, and coach managers at all levels.Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements: Ability to travel - ~10 - 15% travel across our sites in the United Kingdom as needed to support complex casework and to assist with the delivery of training.It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:Experience in an HR advisory or centralised Employee Relations service environment would be advantageous but is not essential.Whether it's a health care program or paid time off, our programs contribute to life beyond the job.
