In this role, you will have the opportunity to
- Perform routine laboratory tasks and assist scientists with sample preparation, basic analytical assays, and experimental workflows following established procedures.
- Prepare buffers and reagents, contribute to lab housekeeping, and ensure accurate documentation in line with SOPs and ISO9001:2015 standards.
- Maintain laboratory records, support inventory and housekeeping activities, and help ensure a safe, organized, and efficient laboratory environment.
- Communicate effectively with team members, contribute to process improvements, and support cross-functional coordination for downstream activities.
- The essential requirements of the job include
- Bachelor's degree (BSc) in Biology, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Chemistry, or a related Life Sciences discipline.
- Awareness and understanding of technical principles, literature, and methodologies in protein conjugation chemistry.
- Protein purification techniques (SEC, IEX).
- Quality control methods such as ELISA, SDS-PAGE, Western Blot (WB), and imaging applications.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to follow established protocols and procedures accurately.
- Demonstrates a flexible mindset and ability to adapt to shifting priorities and customer demands.
- It would be a plus if you also possess previous hands-on experience with general laboratory practices, including familiarity with standard operating procedures, routine maintenance of laboratory equipment, and adherence to safety protocols.
