b Overview /b p As Senior CDx Global Product Manager, you drive growth and lifecycle management for Companion Diagnostic products within the staining reagents portfolio and lead complex New Product Development initiatives. You partner with Commercial Product Management, Business Development, Pharma Services, and regional teams to differentiate Leica Biosystems through strategic CDx programs. You will oversee development, launch, and performance tracking of CDx products in a global context. This role offers the chance to shape diagnostic solutions that accelerate patient access to next-generation therapies and life-changing outcomes. /p b Responsibilities /b ul li Develop and execute complex CDx NPD initiatives in line with APD, Design Control, and Pharma Partners /li li Launch CDx NPD products with Pharma Partners, regional PMs, country teams and external agencies /li li Participate in site-based initiatives /li li Deliver complex procedural/standard work/non-growth projects with supervision /li li Manage CDx strategy within the staining reagents portfolio, including performance tracking and reporting /li /ul b Key requirements /b ul li Experience as a product manager or marketer for CDx programs /li li Medical Diagnostics Sales and/or Marketing experience /li li Deep knowledge of the companion diagnostics development process, including IVD product development, design control, oncology clinical trial strategies, and regulatory landscape across global regions /li li Travel 20% (including overnight) /li /ul ul li cross-functional collaboration /li li strategic thinking /li li effective communication /li li CDx development process /li li IVD product development /li li design control /li /ul
