The Scientist, QARC for Leica Biosystems is responsible for performing duties associated with QC, QA and QA Design. This position reports into the Quality Control Manager and is part of the QARC team located in Newcastle and will be an onsite role.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
- Perform Quality Inspection of incoming raw material
- Perform Quality Control Administration
- Manage QMS documents and processes
- Support design and management rep activities
- 5S & Daily Management
The essential requirements of the job include:
- Identify issues that arise in IQC in relation to incoming materials
- Investigate and resolve problems as they arise in a timely manner
- Process QMS documents
- 5S & Daily Management
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
- Work experience in a Quality Control or Quality Assurance environment
- Experience of working to a recognised Quality Management System (e.g. ISO13485) and following quality procedures including Good Document Practice
