Responsibilities

  • Commercial Legal Support: Lead the review, drafting, negotiation, and documentation of commercial contracts across all Pall BUs in EMEA, including General Terms & Conditions, Procurement, Sales, Service, SME, EPC, Quality, Settlement, Lease Agreements, and representation documents.
  • Training & Stakeholder Engagement: Deliver legal communications and training to business units, manage changes to agreements and processes, and build strong relationships with local leadership to support strategic growth.
  • Legal Advisory & Risk Management: Advise internal clients on legal risks and company policies, develop practical solutions with balanced risk, and support process improvements and internal controls.
  • Legal Reviewer Enablement: Provide training and guidance to Legal Reviewers and business units on contract review responsibilities under the Contract Review Policy, ensuring alignment with company risk limitations.
  • Claims, Litigation & Strategic Projects: Support the Senior Counsel EMEA in managing claims and litigation, contribute to global legal and compliance initiatives, drive digitalization, and advise on strategic opportunities including emerging technologies like AI.

Essential Requirements

You must be fully qualified to practice law in the UK and have five or more years' experience preferably from work in the legal department of an international company with regard to reviewing, drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, or equivalent combination of education and contract experience.
