The Global Business Unit Demand Planner is responsible for creating an accurate, data-driven demand forecast that guides the entire supply chain, directly influencing customer service, inventory investment, and production efficiency. Translating market signals, historical data and business intelligence into a reliable demand plan enables better decision making across sales, operations and finance - reducing stock-outs, minimizing excess inventory and improving overall profitability and agility to the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain an accurate statistical and consensus forecast.
  • Lead the demand review process within S&OP.
  • Identify demand risks and opportunities.
  • Monitor forecast accuracy and bias.
  • Translate the demand plan into clear and actionable signals for Supply planning.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Engineering, or relevant field.
  • Ability to travel regionally and internationally up to 25% of the time.
  • Experience with Kinaxis Maestro Advanced Planning System.
  • Understanding of RCCA (Root Cause Corrective Actions) and Counter Measures (CM) processes and Action Plan implementation.

Travel, motor vehicle record, and physical/environmental requirements may apply to the role.
