Overview
In this role you partner with regional sales leadership to drive financial performance across Americas and EMEA. You will support forecasting, budgeting and long-range planning, while enhancing reporting and analytics to reveal trends and exposures. The position sits within the MicroE FP&A team and collaborates with cross-functional partners to enable growth and profitability. You’ll influence pricing, reporting processes and key metrics, contributing to Pall’s mission of delivering life-enhancing technologies.

Responsibilities
- Partner with regional leadership to understand drivers affecting orders, sales and margins and implement growth opportunities
- Lead financial forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning, including pricing and incentive planning
- Develop and improve financial and operational dashboards and reports to boost efficiency and analytics
- Support standard financial reporting, pricing and capex/forecast analyses for MicroE Global Finance or Global Product Management
- Collaborate cross-functionally to analyze results, identify variances and provide actionable insights to drive performance
Key requirements
- 10-15 years of progressive experience in accounting and FP&A roles
- Experience partnering with business leaders to build forecasts and budgets
- Strong understanding of P&L, balance sheets and cash flow
- Highly analytical and curious mindset
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; emotionally intelligent
- Ability to use technology effectively, including ERP systems, consolidation tools, Excel and AI awareness
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
