Cytiva in Ilfracombe is seeking a Night Shift Leader to oversee all operations outside of standard hours, with a focus on health and safety, quality and production. You will report to the Night Shift Operations Manager within the Operations Department and work on-site at the Ilfracombe plant.
You will enforce Cytiva's Health and Safety policies, ensure teams follow procedures, and act as the first point of contact for technical issues after hours, coordinating across levels to maintain operations.
