Accelerate the commercial success of newly launched and priority products across the EMEA region.

Responsibilities

  • Drive regional business development for new products, translating launch goals into actionable country plans and building a robust NPI pipeline.
  • Identify, secure and convert early adopter and reference accounts to achieve scalable first wins.
  • Coordinate with Marketing, Applications, Service and Supply Chain teams to ensure readiness, training and smooth go-live execution for product launches.
  • Equip country sales teams with essential tools and value propositions to enhance win rates for priority NPI deals.
  • Capture market feedback to influence product roadmap, pricing and go-to-market strategies, and drive transition from pilot wins to scalable adoption.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance or a related scientific or technical field.
  • 8+ years of experience in business development, strategic sales or product commercialization.
  • Proven track record of launching and scaling new products in diagnostics, medtech or life sciences.
  • Fluency in English; additional EMEA languages are a plus.
  • Ability to travel within the EMEA region.
