The Procurement Data Analyst is responsible for managing analytical needs at both OpCo and Corporate levels. The role works closely with procurement, suppliers, and internal stakeholders. This on-site position reports to the Global Senior Director of Procurement and supports researchers worldwide to achieve their mission faster.
Responsibilities
- Support data analysis and compile requirements for Danaher Corporate, including metrics/scorecards and KPI tracking.
- Manage sustainability data requirements with a third party and lead the process between the third party and Abcam Procurement.
- Lead metrics meetings and provide timely updates for all OpCo and Corporate data initiatives, building reports and improving data accuracy through troubleshooting.
- Create supplier scorecards with performance data, target setting, progress tracking, and reports for the procurement team.
- Design data process improvements that drive efficiency gains.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of Oracle and Tableau is advantageous.
- Expert in Excel (queries, pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and comfortable handling large complex data sets.
- Problem‑solving skills, meticulous attention to detail.
- Experience working in a procurement function previously.
Preferred Experience
- Life Sciences and/or Pharma.
- Procurement and/or Supply Chain.
- Managing complex data sets from multiple sources.
