Responsible for the full ownership of the governance and oversight of multiple complex contracts. Oversees contractual services delivered to customers, aligning with mission and values. This position reports to the Managed Service Contracts Manager and is part of the Managed Service Contracts Team. Dedicated to one of our biggest customers in the London area (SWLP – South West London Pathology).

Key Responsibilities

  • Undertake all aspects of contract evaluation and governance, including KPIs.
  • Monitor subcontractor contract compliance to detailed Key Performance Indicators and take appropriate actions as agreed with line management and key stakeholders.
  • Draft standard contract documents such as non‑disclosure agreements, change control documents, Framework schedules, etc. as required.
  • Provide excellent customer experience, demonstrate knowledge and pride in the role, and deliver high quality service to build loyalty.
  • Manage performance and financial statistics for Beckman Coulter and subcontractors, identify opportunities to control and reduce costs, and pursue continuous improvement in performance.
