What you’ll do

  • Lead and manage project management initiatives to ensure they align with the company's strategic goals and objectives.

  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within financial constraints.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in project management within a relevant industry, demonstrating a track record of successful project delivery.
  • A bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business administration, life sciences, or engineering.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with team members and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proven leadership abilities to inspire and motivate teams toward achieving project goals.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies, with a solid understanding of agile and waterfall approaches.
