In this role you guide the regional people strategy across EMEA, partnering with leaders to enable an inclusive culture, workforce planning, and change initiatives. You will lead a large HR team, ensure compliant governance, and drive scalable, data-informed execution using modern HR practices. You'll work with global COEs and HRBPs to translate global talent strategies into local programs, elevating the associate experience and business impact. This senior, cross-functional role sits at the heart of Cytiva's people agenda and continuous improvement culture, with a strong focus on leadership coaching and governance.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop an HR team across EMEA to build capability and drive HR evolution
- Advise business leaders on people strategy, workforce planning, organizational health, and risk management
- Coach and guide People Leaders on complex people topics and policy interpretation
- Partner with HRBPs and COEs to translate global talent strategies into effective regional programs
- Assess ER/LR risk with the LER COE and strengthen preventative practices
- Activate global and COE programs regionally and sponsor change initiatives
- Strengthen governance and performance culture using DBS, AI, metrics, and project-based execution
Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree
- Extensive leadership experience in HR with track record in coaching and influencing leaders
- Experience delivering HR projects/change with moderate-to-high complexity and measurable improvements to associate experience
- Continuous improvement mindset with familiarity with lean principles and problem solving in HR
- Experience using digital, analytics, or AI-enabled tools to improve HR decision making
- Ability to travel up to 40% within EMEA
