The Sr Product Manager, Perfusion System Platform is responsible for leading the strategy, lifecycle management, and commercial success of the perfusion system platform, providing cross-functional leadership and guidance to drive portfolio growth and customer value.What you will do:Own the strategy, lifecycle management, and commercial performance of the perfusion system platform.Lead product roadmap development, customer insights, and business case creation to prioritize investments and deliver innovative solutions in coordination with the perfusion technical expert(s).Drive cross-functional execution with R&D, Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, and Commercial teams from concept through commercialization, coaching colleagues to ensure alignment and execution excellence.Ensure product availability, operational excellence, and compliance with quality, regulatory, and commercial governance requirements.Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Engineering, Science, Business Administration or other related field.Experience in product management, product commercialization, or related field.Product Management/Marketing knowledge, including market trends/analysis, NPI process, product life-cycle management, product quality investigations and improvement.Ability to travel ~25%, domestically or internationallyIt would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:Single-use bioreactor systems, upstream cell culture operations, or bioprocessing technologies, including scale-up and commercial manufacturing applications utilizing perfusion processing.Leading new product development, product launches, or lifecycle management within regulated life sciences, biotechnology, biopharmaceutical, or medical technology industries.Whether it’s a health care program or paid time off, our programs contribute to life beyond the job.
