The predicted salary is between 37800 - 46200 £ per year.
Ensure the optimum method of construction is used and meets all required standards. Support delivery of local budgets and business priorities, highlighting risk and variance to finance plans. Lead by example on Health, Safety and Quality standards across all sites. Ensure full compliance with H&S, CDM regulations, RAMS and near-miss reporting, supporting a zero-accident culture. Promote wellbeing and continuous improvement in H&S practices across all sites.
About you
- Relevant civil engineering/construction qualification (e.g. HNC, HND or degree)
- Valid CSCS card appropriate to role (Manager/Black or Gold card)
- SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme)
- Proven experience managing civil engineering, utilities or water industry sites
- Experience within a water/wastewater or Water Recycling environment is an advantage
- Strong health & safety leadership and risk management
- Excellent stakeholder and subcontractor management skills
- Clear, confident communicator, written and verbal
- A collaborative, 'one team' mindset - resilient and adaptable under pressure
