Overview
In this Clinical Specialist role, you educate Masimo customers and support clinicians across Scotland to accelerate adoption of Masimo solutions. You will train users, demonstrate products, and position Masimo against competitors, collaborating with account managers to drive real-world deployments. You’ll prepare engaging presentations and support regional sales goals while upholding Masimo’s mission to transform patient care. This role offers remote work within a dynamic, impact‑driven team.

Responsibilities
- Educate customers on Masimo products and solutions
- Train new and potential users and transfer knowledge
- Maintain deep product knowledge and demonstrate products
- Position Masimo against competitors and train partner sales force
- Conduct inservice end-users and prepare PowerPoint-based communications
- Organise and run customer evaluations/deployments with Account Manager
- Collaborate with regional team to advance sales and market penetration
Key requirements
- Nurse diploma
- 2–3 years in direct critical care (NICU/PICU or emergency) or equivalent
- Excellent English communication (oral and written)
- Experience in customer interactions and presentations
- Interest or experience in Digital Health or hospital IT systems
- Willingness to travel ~60%, hold valid driver's license and acceptable MVR
